Joe V from Fox 12 Oregon visited Impact Jiu Jitsu in Beaverton this morning. Good Day Oregon’s “On the Go with Joe” featured Joe learning some new moves from fighters who will be at the First Annual Health, Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Expo taking place this Saturday (January 23) at the Oregon State Fairgrounds Pavilion in Salem. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will feature a submission grappling tournament sponsored by SUBLEAGUE.COM from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and cage fights from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

In addition to the MMA highlights, Joe worked on his Jiu Jitsu with Head Coach Michael Chapman while Impact’s Metabolic Circuit Training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes were in session. More…
