Combative Conditioning
This class works on challenging our body in a dynamic, energetic fashion. Emphasis is placed on performing exercises in challenging conditions (resistance, balance, compounded motions) and improve overall fitness. Our goal is to minimize the potential of injury while optimizing athletic performance.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 - 6:30 am
Monday, Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Friday 6 - 7 pm (MMA Cross Training - a
fight prep class)
Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 am
