ATP (Accelerated Training Program)

ATP is the ultimate class designed for students who already have some basic skills. In a short time period of 6 weeks (2classes/week, 2hours/class) you will experience an intensive training in all ranges, sharpen your techniques and functionalize all of your skills. The working motto of this class is ALIVENESS!
In ATP, the reality of sparring may be sometimes pushed to its safe limits.... but that's the only way to push your own limits up! The main goal of this class is not to give you more technical skills, it is rather to let you to find your own way through ones you already know. "Retain what's useful and reject what's useless"...remember that? ATP is a great opportunity to toughen both, your body and your mind - don't let this opportunity pass you by!
