Oregon Open Info Online IMPACT Jiu Jitsu hosts the premier Gi Tournament in Oregon. The event will be Saturday, September 13, at Liberty High School in Hillsboro. 2. IMPACT Tournament Prep
If you a planning on competing in the Oregon Open Tournament (or just want to turn up the intensity dial in your training) there are two things you can do that bri
ng out your tournament “A Game”:
1. Every Saturday at 12:00pm, Coach Debruge, Oberhue, and Chapman will facilitate “tournament matches”! We will measure out the ring size, have the timers going, and be calling points. There is no substitute for the real-thing. Get your tournament technique, tactics, and strategies razor sharp with lots of goes. We had over 15 guys participate last weekend … and expect more next weekend. You don’t want to miss this GREAT training opportunity.
2. Coach Debruge is running a special Oregon Open Prep program for individuals and small groups that want to get some personal attention. Contact him directly via email HERE or call 503.350.3926 to make an appointment with him. He will do a diagnostic of your game and help you make a specialized game plan based on your strengths and attributes. This is a great way to really dial in your plan the month before the biggest tournament in the Northwest! ! !
3. Nutrition - The Missing Link to Improved Athletic Performance and Wellness

Accelerated Training Program (ATP): Blue Belt Curriculum Make your plans now to participate in IMPACT’s next Accelerated Training Program (ATP): BJJ - Blue Belt Curriculum This 12 week session will focus on a comprehensive coverage of the Blue Belt Curriculum. Attaining a blue belt is not guaranteed, but all participants will have a clear understanding of what the blue belt performance standards are and what they need to do to achieve them. - technical demonstration of skills Interested?
