Just a friendly reminder, all youth classes (Little Cubs, Cubs, Big Cubs, and BBC) will be running over Spring Break (March 24 - 28).

2. Adding New Cubs’ Classes Beginning March 31 - Check It Out! ! !

Due to the significant increase in numbers of our youth classes over the last few months, we are pleased to announce that we will be adding four new classes to our schedule in order to better accommodate and instruct the kids.

Beginners are children that hold below a 1^st stripe gold belt (meaning a white belt, a high white belt, or a solid gold belt).

Intermediate students are 1st stripe gold belts or higher. Coaches reserve the right to invite students that are working particularly hard or showing super sportsmanship to train with the intermediate class.

3. Sub League 08 / Qualifier 2 Coming April 5 - Signup Now!

Sub League 08 / Qualifier #2 is less than two weeks away — 12 days to be exact. The time is now to get ready to compete in the premier no-gi grappling league on the west coast. Find out all the information about the season and stay current on all news and updates at www.subleague.com.

If you’ve already qualified, then keep up on your game and don’t miss this chance a great tournament goes … they is no substitute for real match time.

4. Upcoming MMA Fights

Gravity Fighting Tri-Cities / Saturday, March 29
IMPACT athletes David Quinton, Doug Steinbach, Pro Escobedo, and Daniel Krug will be fighting at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick, Washington, which is about 4 hours away. Though it is far, it is a great opportunity for these guys to get ring time and continue developing their MMA games. Good luck and take it to them fella’s.

Roseland 34 / Saturday, April 5
IMPACT Newberg Coach Adam Thomas and Corey Sutton will be fighting at Rumble at the Roseland 34. It is on Saturday, April 5 (the same day as Sub League Event #2) at the Roseland Theater in Portland. Corey will be fighting in a rematch against DJ Linderman for the Heavyweight title. It should be a super exciting night! ! ! Come wearing your BLUE … you won’t want to miss it! ! !

Side note: Randy Couture’s wife, Kim, will also be fighting her first pro-fight, so get your tickets soon.
