1. Great Thanksgiving Day Conditioning Class!
We had 18 happy fitness campers attend our special Thanksgiving Day Conditioning Class — it was a BLAST. Much fun (and agony) was had by all in our 90 minutes of fitness fun.
If you haven’t been to a conditioning class for a while, you might want to come and try one again … they are featuring a number of new exercises, approaches to training, and conditioning protocols. The goal is to always grow and keep the workouts challenging, dense, and FUN! ! !

The Beaverton and Newberg Gyms will be closed on Thursday, December 6, due to the Holiday Party. There will be no instructional classes or open gym … so please, come celebrate and be merry with us!

Please be sure you park your car in the appropriate areas of the IMPACT Beaverton parking lot. Some spots are only available after 5 pm; some are off limits at all times. Please see the sign posted on the front door of the gym at at the front desk.
