We are always looking to bring the most current research and understanding to our studies of strength and conditioning, prehab / injury prevention, and athletic nutrition. We’ll use the newsletter to expand on the philosophy and principles of Combative Conditioning, and provide additional information on training programs, targeting specific fitness challenges, and the needs of the competitive athlete.
A copy will be sent out to you later this week for you all to look at and. If you find it interesting, you can sign up for the bi-weekly newsletter to come to you automatically. To register on the CC newsletter list, go HERE.
