1. Labor Day Weekend: No formal class - open gym sessions

1. Labor Day Weekend: No formal class - open gym sessions

There will be no formal class on Saturday, September 2, or Monday, September 4, in honor of the Labor Day Holiday.

There will be open gym training from 10am - 2pm on Saturday and from 5 - 8pm on Monday. Enjoy the last weekend of summer!

2. New Fall Schedule begins Tuesday, September 5th

The new Fall Schedule goes into effect on Tuesday, September 5. You can download the schedule at http://impactjj.com/images/schedule_sept06.pdf.

3. 2nd Annual Western Regional BJJ / Gi Championship - Oct. 14

Location: Century High School, Hillsboro, OR

These two events, being held on one day, continue the tradition of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) and Sport Submission Grappling (No-Gi) in the Northwest. This is a unique opportunity for the arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling to showcase, grow and obtain new students into the arts of Grappling.

Looking forward to seeing a big Team IMPACT presences. Not only are we putting on the event … but we want let the grapplers of the pacific northwest to know that Team IMPACT Jiu-Jitsu has smokin’ game.

4. Seminar: Pedro Sauer at IMPACT, Oct. 8

A special training opportunity is presenting itself at IMPACT Jiu-Jitsu. Pedro Sauer, a 6th degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will be doing a private training session on Sunday, October 8, from 10am - 2pm.

There are only 15 spots available for this semi-private training session. Tuition is $75. Reserve your spot now… they will go fast.

This is a GREAT opportunity to train with one of the most knowledgeable BJJ coaches around. Pedro is a super instructor and a great communicator. I’m positive that you won’t be disappointed.

5. Youth Programs: Gi and mouth pieces REQUIRED beginning September 5th

All youth (ages 4 - 17), need to have a gi and mouth piece for their IMPACT Jiu-Jitsu Cubs’ Club class beginning on Tuesday, September 5th.

Youth gi’s are $29
Youth mouth pieces are $3
