1. Way to go Keisuke - Wins 2nd Pro Match in 47 Seconds!

Keisuke Andrew fought this Saturday at the Sportfight in Pendleton. This was Keisuke’s second professional match. He got right to business and tapped out his opponent in 47 seconds with a rear naked choke. WAY TO GO KEISUKE! ! !

Here the info on Keisuke’s next fight: July 8 - Rise Fighting Championship at the Expo Center - Team SBG / IMPACT will be there.

Get ready for this one … Keisuke and other SBG / IMPACT athletes will be fighting in this one. It should be a blast. Online info. can be found here.

2. Congratulations to Chris Haueter on getting married

This weekend I had the great privilege of travel down to one of our oringal BJJ Coach’s wedding in LA. I was joined by Jeff Wassom - the ambassador of good cheer. It was a fantastic wedding - with much laughter and love. Chris is a wonderful person and a great coach. It was neat to share in this special event. HUGE CONGRATS to Chris and Melissa!Â

We are hoping to get Chris up for a seminar here in Beaverton sometime in late August / early September. Stay tune for more details.

3. Kids’ Camp this week

Dates: Monday - Thursday, July 26 - 29
Time: 4 - 6pm
Cost: $20 per day / $50 for the week

Camp sessions will include: safety / self-defense, belt requirements, take-downs / judo, games, and much more!

It is going to be a BLAST!

4. Accelerated Training Program (ATP) to begin Tonight - It’s not too late to join!

Focus: MMA Striking
Dates: Last week of June / Month of July

These are going to be intense, focused training sessions - with lots of good learning and growth.

5. 4th of July Holiday Schedule

In honor of the 4th of July Holiday, the Gym will be CLOSED from Friday, June 30, through Tuesday, July 4.

Classes will resume Wednesday, July 5.
