1. HUGE Congrats to Eric Hemphill on getting his Black Belt! Â

Eric Hemphill received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu last weekend from Chris Haueter while down in L.A. training.

This has been a long-time coming … HUGE congratulations Eric! ! ! You rock!

2. Gym closed this weekend

The gym will be closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday due to a video project. Classes will resume on Monday, February 20.
