BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU, SELF DEFENSE
  • Black Belt, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Tina started Jiu Jitsu in 2012. She decided to try out the Portland Community College Jiu Jitsu class because she hadn’t done any martial arts before. She went to Impact Beaverton and also trained in Eugene while she finished school. Her involvement as a Sexual Assault Resource Center advocate motivated her to teach self defense seminars for Impact and other organizations including Portland Community College and Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
