What is NFA?
NFA provides you with the necessary tools and
support needed to successfully incorporate proper
nutrition strategies into your busy life.
Depending on your goals:
This 16 week
introduction course will help you improve your
body’s athletic performance through optimal
nutrition, fitness and conditioning, and personal
program design.
We at NFA are
results driven. Your success in achieving improved
body composition and performance is the measuring
stick by which we gauge our success as coaches.
What is Precision Nutrition?
NFA is teaming up with Precision
Nutrition; the nutrition system and notebook
used by Dr. John Berardi’s personal clients and
athletes to build healthy, lean, muscular,
high-performance physiques – in record time.
Precision
Nutrition is one complete system made up of :
PN covers the
entire spectrum of goals. Learn exactly how to get
to your chosen goal as fast as possible, and stay
there permanently.
At NFA, we will use the PN notebook and system as
the vehicle to help you achieve your fitness goal.
What is the format of NFA?
Group Start
Participants start in the group orientation
session, which runs regularly throughout the year.
The 16 week program focuses on nutrition
re-education and transitioning into a new lifestyle
when it comes to food choices, when to eat, and
fitness routines.
Along with a six hour start-off class, NFA will
alternate between having an educational group class
one week and 1-on-1 consultation with a nutrition
coach on the other week.

One-on-One
Consultations
Following the orientation session, participants will
meet with a coach individually to focus on
customized requirements and support. Bi-weekly
consultations with a coach, plus email and phone
support are a part of this package.
Emphasis is on individualizing a person’s plan and
achieving goals.
