The 2012 Submission Wrestling League Season will culminate with the Championship tournament on June 2. Athletes must qualify to compete at the Championship by placing first through fifth at one or both of the Qualifiers.
The top submission experts will be awarded with custom die cast gold, silver and bronze medals as well as other great prizes. The top teams will be decided based on their athletes’ performance over the full season. Registration will open in late April.

* Self Defense/Striking Tools: Boxing, kickboxing and pad work
* Games and activities to enhance overall fitness, including balance, flexibility and agility

This Accelerated Training Program will focus on “Jiu Jitsu fundamentals”, drawn from the blue and purple belt curriculums. The ATP will also serve as preparation for the United Combat Sports “Sub League Open”, taking place on January 21, 2012.
Impact Jiu Jitsu black belt instructors Armand Debruge and Michael Chapman will lead the 8-week intensive program. Emphasis will be placed on simple and efficient high percentage offensive and defensive moves from the following positions:
